A useful guide for "For Honor" players to learn about the different factions, classes and the heroes in the game.

In the game "For Honor", there are 3 different factions, 4 classes, and 12 heroes that players should get to know. All the 12 heroes are equally divided into three factions, the Knights, Vikings, and Samurai. At the same time, the heroes are split into 4 different classes namely Assassin, Vanguard, Hybrid, and Heavy. So this article will help players familiarize themselves with all the 12 heroes along with their class and faction.

The three heroes under the Vanguard faction is the Warden, Raider and Kensei according to Primagames. Warden is under the Knights faction that uses two-handed sword as a weapon that can easily move around the field. The Raider is under the Vikings faction that uses a two-handed axe. As for Kensei, it is under the Samurai faction that uses a long-range melee attack. All three heroes in this category are known for their slow but impressive hits.

The heroes under the Assassins faction includes the Peacekeeper, Berserker, and Orochi. Peacekeepers is classified under the Knights faction and are known for their excellent stealth abilities that give them good opportunities to throw a quick hit as reported by Gamerant. Berserkers are the Viking faction that uses dual-wield axes and speed to throw chain hits and eliminate their enemy. As for Orochi, it's under the Samurai faction and is known for their speed and excellent counter attacks.

Next is the Heavies faction that features the Conquerer, Warlord, and Shugoki heroes. The Conquerer falls under the Knights faction and excels in defense and throwing powerful attacks. Warlords are under the Vikings faction with skills almost the same with the Conquerer. Then there is the Shugoki under the Samurai faction that uses Kanabo as a weapon and is considered to be the easiest Heavy hero to use when fighting with big groups.

Last but not the least are the Hybrids that comes with Lawbringer, Valkyrie, and Nobushi. Lawbringers are under the Knights faction that is known to be a good aggressor and counter-attacker. Then there's the Valkyrie under the Vikings faction and is known for its flexibility and great speed. Nobushi falls under the Samurai faction that uses Naginata in battle which is an excellent weapon to use for ranged attacks.
