'FIFA 17' PS4, Xbox One 1.07 Patch Notes Reveal 800MB Space Req For Enhanced Visual Changes; 'FIFA 18' Most Emotionally Immersive

The "FIFA 17" developers just rolled out more options and visual changes to the game via the Update 1.07. It should be noted that console players need to reserve 800MB of storage to get the patch. It has further been revealed that the "FIFA 17" update lowers raft of player ratings.

Patch Notes Reveal New Option To Reverse Sort Players

EA Sports just released the patch notes for the update specifically addressing the FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), The PlayStation Universe reported. It has been revealed that Update 1.07 also includes improving squad building challenges. Moreover, "FIFA 17" also added a new option to reverse sort players from the club which is slated to give "FIFA 17" players a better experience in Squad Building Challenges.

Furthermore, the "FIFA 17" update also added further anonymity to the FUT Champions intro flow. In terms of visual and presentation changes, Update 1.07 updated more than 1,200 2D Player images. EA Sports also updated the FIFA Club World Cup Champions Badge to be featured on the current champ's home, away, alternate and keeper kits.

The "FIFA 17" update also coincides with more Winter Upgrades to lower a raft of player ratings. The official "FIFA 17" site also notes that the updated ratings may apply to new base items found in packs. However, a few existing in-form versions of select players are slated to be updated automatically.

Console Requirements Make It Easy To Download Patch

Meanwhile, Update 1.07 is available for under 800MB in size on both the Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One consoles. Moreover, during the recent earnings report, EA Sports noted that "FIFA 17" is the best-selling console game title of the previous year. Moreover, the follow-up game "FIFA 18" is also expected to be the most emotionally immersive and connected "FIFA" game ever produced, PlayStation Lifestyle.net reported.

"FIFA 17" fans should note that Update 1.07 is the sixth title update for the game. Furthermore, hundreds of players are also getting their ratings permanently updated as part of the Ratings Refresh campaign.
