‘Tekken 7’ PS4, Xbox One: Eddy Gordo’s Mission Reveal In Story Mode On June 2

"Tekken 7" publishers confirmed that a new playable character is being added to the game. It has been revealed that the next fighter to join the King of Iron Fist tournament would be the most controversial addition to the game. However, the receptiveness of the gamers to the character may be low.

Most Annoying Character Ruins "Tekken 7" Roster

When "Tekken 7" hits the PC in the summer, Eddy Gordo will be making a comeback to avenge the murder of his capoeira master. Bandai Namco is yet to reveal who is responsible for the murder, though. However, it is expected that the "Tekken 7" story mode would reveal exactly who Gordo is after. A new "Tekken 7" trailer reveals that the character is still willing and able to spam kicks until all his foes lose consciousness, WCCF Tech reported.

"Tekken 7" is also expected to include numerous other characters including Capoeira. Reports claim that the "Tekken 7" character may look wild and have unpredictable like drunken fighting styles. Also, the character Kuma is also included in "Tekken 7" as a bear.

In the meantime, several effective counters for capoeira combos have emerged over the last decade. However, such strategies may not make Gordo any less frustrating for newbies and those out of practice.

Blurry Shots of Eddy Gordo Revealed

In other news, in the previous week, leaked reports from an event in Brazil were presented by Katsuhiro Harada to a small crowd, Destructoid reported. The leaked photos revealed were said to be blurry, yet visible shots of the latest playable character. On the contrary, critics claimed that the images of Gordo may be fake and too common.

Take note that "Tekken 7" is going to be released on several platforms including the PS4 and Xbox One consoles along with a PC version. The game is slated to debut on June 2. Check out the Eddy Gordo reveal below:
