I'm not sure that we're quite going to call these things secrets, but they do not seem to be particularly discoverable in-game. If you've started brewing potions in Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, you may have noticed some question marks at the top of your screen. These are the Master Notes, which are a special series of gestures that you can do inside of your cauldron to accelerate brewing time.
It's a funå little active way to do something that's usually a straightforward waiting/paying game: it means that the brewing time on each one of these potions is effectively 15% lower than the actual, stated brewing time, so long as you've got the Master Notes. I'm not sure how you're supposed to figure these things out without guesswork, but lucky for you, you can just look them up. Below are the Master's Notes for the Extimulo Potion.
