'Stardew Valley' Modder Adds 24 More Dogs to Their Farm Using Mobile-Based Mod

'Stardew Valley' Modder Adds 24 More Dogs to Their Farm Using Mobile-Based Mod

Life sim game "Stardew Valley" is not all about farming and cultivating your lands with different accessories. In fact, you can also raise agricultural animals such as horses, ducks, cows, and pigs in this game.

Interestingly, you can pet a dinosaur and even a slime in the game, too. Adding an animal to your farm equates to a new responsibility that you need to do. This comes with proper care so you can harvest resources like eggs and milk later.

Recently, a modder used a mobile-based mo to edit a save file for "Stardew Valley." Instead of just having one dog, the creator added 24 more dogs to their farm.

A "Stardew Valley" player decided to mod their save file and added more dogs to the farm.

Gamerant spotted a user named u/Limp-Restaurant4628 on the "Stardew" subreddit who used a mobile-based mod which they called "Stardew Save Editor." Since the player appears to be unsatisfied with just a single dog, they decided to modify their save file to add 24 more of its kind.

There was a time that all 25 dogs came out in a similar game tile. As a mythical mythology reference, some people named this creature "Cerberus," a ferocious three-headed dog that is a faithful servant to Hades, the god of the underworld.

Regarding "Stardew Valley" glitches, there was an instance where the pets, including cats and dogs, were a part of a small glitch. A Redditor named boofx3 posted a short clip that shows the animals walking in a straight line, particularly in the barn.

Judging from this video, it seems that these four-legged friends are bouncing between the fence and the barn. For "Stardew" fans, this was not the first bug that took place in the game.

Despite how adorable dogs and cats are in the game, they only hold a little value in "Stardew Valley" since they could not produce resources. Still, they found a way to showcase the fun of petting these animals in this farming simulator game for a modder.
