The September release of "Xenoblade Chronicles 3" has been moved to an earlier date, the developer confirms.

Aside from the excellent announcement about its rescheduled launch date, "Xenoblade" fans should watch the recently posted trailer of the upcoming game that Nintendo showed.

According to a report by Nintendo Life, the short footage presents a glimpse of its gameplay and the fresh combat system of the game.

There's another interesting addition that you need to know about the third installment of "Xenoblade:" You can use up to seven characters simultaneously.

As you head towards Agnus and Keves, Mio and Noah will encounter a lot of enemies that will hinder their journey. As for the latter's party, Taion, Sena, Eunie, and Lanz will be the usable characters.

The mission is to reach the land bearing a giant sword, "Swordsmarch."

'Xenoblade Chronicles 3' Special Edition and Interlink System

Throughout the story's progress, there will be various classes that will be distributed to each unique character in the game. You can freely change them later as you advance on the journey.

For the combat expertise of the protagonists, IGN notes that Mio is a Zephyr who specializes in evading opponents' attacks and luring them. Meanwhile, Noah is a tactician in the making. He used to carry a battle sword and could even square off with enemies in close combat.

Another exciting mechanic to see in "Xenoblade Chronicles 3" is the special tag-team system called the "interlink system." During the battle, several pairs can take advantage of this feature, including Mio-Noah, Eunie-Talon, and Lanz-Sena. Once the fusion is finished, Ouroboros or the giant form will appear.

Aside from the new mechanic, Nintendo unveils that "Xenoblade Chronicles 3" will be having a Special Edition. This is expected to be exclusively released on the My Nintendo Store.

Apart from Masatsugu Saito's artwork, the users can enjoy a lot of perks in this edition, including a steel bookcase, a game replica, and a 250 hardcover.
