The World Ends With You DLC Added To Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call

The World Ends With You Arrives Onto Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call

Square Enix has released the next batch of downloadable tracks for their genre-mash title Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call.

Get Punched! In This Week's Nintendo eShop And Virtual Console Update

To the surprise of no one, the update adds six new tracks from the Final Fantasy and Chrono series. That much is to be expected. However, the very fun (and very underappreciated) The World Ends With You makes its debut onto the 3DS rhythm-fighting title.

Each track will be priced at $0.99.

One Piece Online Open Beta Is Now Live

The four new Battle Music tracks included in the latest update are:

Liberi Fatali - the main theme from the underloved Final Fantasy VIII. Thrumming, iconic and with a great percussion line running throughout. A perfect choice for the game.

World Revolution from Chrono Trigger.

Final Confrontation from Romacing SaGa 3; fun fact, it's actually the sixth entry into the series. The game itself is currently only available via the Japanese Wii U Virtual Console marketplace.

Twister marks the first track from The World Ends With You, the 2008 3DS game set in the modern world. Yeah, it was difficult to learn the particulars, but listen to that song! So worth it.

As for the field music tracks, Wind Scene from Chrono Trigger is now available. The second The World Ends With You track, The Calling, is also ready to be purchased for your listening and slaying pleasure.

The next round of updates will hit the Nintendo 3DS title on February 19, just in time for you to get properly acquainted with the New Nintendo 3DS XL, which hits shelves a week earlier. You can download Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call for $39.99 via the eShop.
