Koei Tecmo Confirms New Game Titles For PlayStation 4 By 2016

Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja lead Yosuke Hayashi has been working uncompromisingly on titles like 'Dead or Alive Xtreme' 3 for PS4 and Vita, yet he disclosed in a meeting in the current week's issue of Famitsu that they're now taking a shot on a vast selection of games.

In the meeting, Hayashi expressed that they are to make a fresh out of the box titles like 'Dead or Alive 6', but Hayashi was quick to say that they are currently working on the title for its current game console only.

In any case, Koei Tecmo, at present, is working at a few titles solely for the PlayStation 4, and these titles are not going to be made for PlayStation 3.

While he didn't uncover which titles they are working on, he confirmed that they will be releasing a couple of new titles in 2016 that they couldn't do as of recently.

Hayashi says that these console games won't be kept down with the constraints of past console generation. He reassures that the specs will have multi-stage improvements, so they'll have the capacity to offer another type of amusement with these forthcoming titles.

Koei Tecmo has been developing games since the early 80s and produced titles from Super NES, Sega Genesis, Family Computer, and Arcade to PlayStation and Xbox.

The organization is also responsible for the creating the first 'Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball' game that was released in 2003 for the Microsoft Xbox. Koei Tecmo has been doing the popular game's version for different game platforms.

Koei Tecmo started as separate organizations until they decided to merge in 2009 and they were then called Tecmo Koei.

The world renowned organization then decided to change their name to Koei Tecmo in 2014.
