‘Pokemon GO’ And ‘Pokemon GO Plus’ News & Updates: Pokemon GO To Be Released Very Soon!

Beta testers are suggesting that the release date of "Pokemon GO" is coming soon to Android and iPhone. Since field tests are finally done, the final release should come pretty soon.

What Is 'Pokemon GO?'

"Pokemon Go" is a mobile game for both Android and iPhone developed by Pokemon Company and Niantic, said PC Advisor. Nintendo is also contributing to its development and manufacture of "Pokemon GO Plus."

"Pokemon GO" will allow players to capture a Pokemon, which roams around free in the real world. It's just like finding a Pokemon creature beneath the Time Square.

Simply put, the players can play in a real world set-up through augmented reality.

"Pokemon GO" is available for download from Google Play Story and App Store for free. However, reports said that there will also be paid-for content within the game.

It is not yet sure if the paid-for content will be needed in order to proceed within "Pokemon GO"

The Pokemon Company said that players who want to enhance their "Pokemon GO" experience may purchase certain items and features.

More so, they can spend real money on PokeCoins, the in-game currency of "Pokemon GO." In turn, PokeCoins can be used to get power-ups, extra items and enhancements.

"Pokemon GO" Release Date

Nuerogadget reported that Nintendo finally announced at E3 that "Pokemon GO" will be released within July 2016. The game will be released together with "Pokemon GO Plus," which is a wearable device developed by Nintendo.

"Pokemon GO Plus" connects users' smart phones through Bluetooth. It features a vibrating function and a LED light that will alert players whenever a Pokemon is nearby.

Players may use their smart phones and their "Pokemon GO Plus" to capture the Pokemon creatures. "Pokemon GO Plus" is available for pre-order for $34.99 in the United States.
