'Pokemon GO' Cheats, Tips & Tricks: How To Avoid Getting Banned Permanently

Hatching eggs on "Pokemon GO" is a tiring activity. Some players have some cheats on their disposal like the infamous train set technique. It shows how some players are creative enough to pull it off, but other players tend to test Niantic and its ways of punishing cheating players.

'Pokemon GO' Cheaters Dealt with Permanent Ban

When hatching eggs, players will have to walk a given distance (2km, 5km, 10km) to hatch the egg that is put in an incubator in order to obtain a pokemon and get pokecoins and lures in the process. However, some "Pokemon GO" players have ways in tricking the system, downloading apps that can simulate walking and have faster results for their own good.

Niantic had directed an immediate action against cheaters by banning them permanently in the game, as Yibada reported. The first case of a permanent ban was reported by a Reddit user claiming to see a message from another player of "Pokemon GO" that reads: "Your account has been banned for use of third party applications to alter the real/actual position of the GPS."

The user added that the ban was possible because the "Pokemon GO" account was using GPS spoofers and implementing "Tap to Walk" cheats. Although, GPS spoofing is one of many cheats a "Pokemon Go'" player can use. As Gamenguide reported, it goes to show how Niantic is serious as of today when using third party apps .

Unfortunately for players of "Pokemon GO," Niantic is taking noted on other apps use for cheating the game. Applications like PokeDetector for Android, GPS spoofers, luckypatchers and pokevision are out of the table as of now.

Using third party applications in "Pokemon GO" may cause some banning in the process if not taken lightly and carefully. Stay tuned on GamenGuide for more "Pokemon GO" updates, tips and tricks!
