"The Blacklist" Season 4 might be about Liz (Megan Boone) and his missing patriarch as the new trailer imposed the question, "Who is Liz's father?" The 33-year-old star's character will be seen very confused if Alexander Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen) is really telling the truth or only trying to trick her mind.

To recall, in "The Blacklist" Season 3, Liz met Red's (James Spader) opponent and told her he is Constantine Rostova, the father she thinks she already killed a long ago. It looks like the ghost from the past continuously haunts Liz after she shot her father dead in defense of her domestically abused mother. Kirk had an agreement with Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) to arrange a meeting to Liz so they could talk personally. But, Liz decided to fake her own death to know the truth about her family.
Ecumenical News reported that Kirk has been looking after Liz ever since the police follow her for the crime she has nothing to do with. Hence, Kirk will continue to watch over her and protect her family to the real nemesis, Red, in "The Blacklist" Season 3. Fortunately, Liz believes Kirk as she noticed that Red is often keeping secrets from her.
The Return Of Katerina Rostova
Meanwhile, the TV series' executive producer Jon Bokenkamp teased that "The Blacklist" Season 4 will not only be about Liz's father as it will also show a lot of shocking revelations. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 42-year-old writer revealed that Red, too, wants to prove himself to Liz after what happened to their relationship. However, it is not yet sure if his intentions are clean or he only wants to take revenge.
Also, Katerina Rostova (Lotte Verbeek) is set to return in "The Blacklist" Season 4. The 34-year-old Dutch actress already emerged in "The Blacklist" Season 3 as the mother of Liz, although her stint for the show is not yet sure. "The Blacklist" Season 4 will return on Sept. 22 on NBC.
