"60 Days In" Season 2 is about to be back with another set of criminal pretenders. This time, there will be eight participants who will bravely enter the prison along with the real offenders for two months. These partakers differ from age to gender and experiences, but they almost have the same aims to know what is happening inside the correction to help the innocents and make a difference.
The Participants
TV Series Finale recently revealed the behind-the-scenes snap and videos and also introduced the eight participants who will grace "60 Days In" Season 2. They are retired State Policeman Quentin who is now a private investigator and a bounty hunter. Second is the 27-year-old US Army Reserve Ryan from Kentucky who wants to be a homicide detective someday.
Third who will join "60 Days In" Season 2 is the 39-year-old maximum security Corrections Officer Sheri. However, she had to quit her job to look after her three kids when her husband was sent to Afghanistan. The fourth is a former farm boy, Chris. He only wants to experience how it feels to be inside the prison to feed his curiosity. Fifth is the 24-year-old criminologist Dion, whose father is imprisoned for a wrong charge.
Sixth is the 39-year-old California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation lawyer, Brian. The attorney aims to know if these correctional staffs do their jobs effectively that could help to progress his profession. Seventh is the 27-year-old Ashleigh, a wife of a guy who participated in a Sheriff's program. Lastly to join "60 Days In" is Monalisa, who wants to know the truth behind bars and to understand the works of the prison officers and law enforcement.
'60 Days In' A Big Help For Change
Meanwhile, "60 Days In" Season 2 aims to reveal the reality of living inside the prison with a lot of CCTV cameras to see the eight new participants at the Clark County jail. Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel attested that the show is a great help for the correction as it can bring changes inside the prison. They, too, could have the ability to know what's happening inside the jail when they are not watching them, Indystar reported.
In fact, when the "60 Days In" Season 1 ended, Jamey Noel disclosed that they have fired five jail officers and four already left their jobs. "It's a continual learning process. When I watch it on TV, I take notes," he said. "60 Days In" Season 2 will air on Aug. 18 on A&E.
