‘Pokemon Go’ Latest News & Update: Patch Rearranges Nests, Spawns Yet Again

For “Pokemon Go” players, don’t be surprised if some changes occur from your usual harvesting grounds. By now, most players have likely found the best places to get goodies and other spawns but a recent update from Niantic may have altered some areas.

The changes were brought up over at Reddit, most noticing differences when September came in. This means that some hot spots may have been re-arranged in a likely effort to force gamers to move and check out other locations.

Adjustment period

Niantic is unlikely to admit and/or confirm the changes though “Pokemon Go” players don’t have much of a choice. From here, they need to adjust and get a move on if they want to rack in more goodies and hunt down the elusive pocket monsters.

Will this be good or bad for “Pokemon Go”

As mentioned in previous reports, “Pokemon Go” has suffered a decline in active players so it will be interesting if these changes can help draw back players. The augmented reality suffered a drop in player count as shown off by Bloomberg.

Making it harder or forcing “Pokemon Go” players to explore other places could be a risky move but does address a slack practice of players staying in one place to get goodies for a certain period.

Stocking up just got harder

While most are more concerned about coming face with the rare critters, there are some who need to move to stock up on inventory items. Pokeballs are the one which has somehow been hard to harvest though players can always head on over to the store and buy them using real-time money.

Assuming that “Pokemon Go” players would rather wait for the freebies, the update will now force most players to visit other PokeStops with the hope of stocking up and avoid the issue of disrupted Pokemon hunting.
