'Pokemon Go' Latest News & Update: Battle System, Trading System, More Accurate Nearby Feature Coming Next Month? New Buddy System Updates Arriving?

The wildly addicting augmented reality game "Pokemon Go" has a new upcoming feature for fans all over the globe. Other than the Buddy system, the game will also have the Battle System that is bound to come soon.

Recently, the "Pokemon Go" had an update that came along with the Buddy system, which allow players to walk with a chosen pokemon by their side. Wall Street Journal had an interview with The Pokemon Company CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara wherein he revealed that game will have the Battle feature in the months to come.

Ishihara stated that Niantic Labs is taking its time in releasing all new features for the "Pokemon Go" game to not overwhelm new players. The CEO added that battling is what the company does best and the PvP Battle system for "Pokemon Go" is certainly is one of the company's plans for the game.

Meanwhile, Digital Spy reports that Niantic CEO, John Hanke, has confirmed that the Trading System is coming soon. However, the Niantic CEO did not officially mention how will the Trading System work and when the feature will arrive in the "Pokemon Go" game.

Also, fans are still waiting for an accurate Nearby feature for "Pokemon Go" that could give the pokemon's location. Players can live without the Battle and Trading features as long as the Nearby feature can be fixed as early as possible to have a shot in completing one's Pokedex in "Pokemon Go."

In other news, "Pokemon Go" multiplayer has reportedly been in the works for a long span of months, as Niantic's Archit Bhargava previously told Gamespot in July. The said feature is arriving soon, but it needs more ample time before it can be launched officially.

Archit Bhargave stated that Niantic is exploring "Pokemon Go" multiplayer and how to incorporate it in the augmented reality game. So far, the company learned multiplayer battles are fun and, if two players from different teams can show up in a rival PokeGym, both players can take down a stronger gym much faster.
