The "Conjuring" 3 has been requested by many fans after the second installment of the franchise hit the theaters this year. Since the franchise is based on real-life events, fans were quick to suggest several unexplained paranormal events. Latest speculations suggest that "Conjuring" 3 may follow the story of Killer Clowns in the 80's.

The Killer Clowns Of The 80's

The Studio Exec suggested an interesting take on "Conjuring" 3, which involves killer clowns from the 80's. The story revolves around the tragic massacre, which involves more than 300 people. The incident calls for Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) and their psychic abilities. The couple heads out to London to investigate the mysterious death of 300 people. The said killer was named Bubbles.

The proposed storyline for "Conjuring" 3 will follow Bubbles as he comes out at night to hunt and kill his victims. What he runs after are homeowners, who usually leave their TV on at night. The clown reportedly originates from Test Card F, which aired on BBC in the 80's. The said show is played by the network for their 24-hour programming.

'Conjuring' 3 Setting: 1980's

GameNGuide previously reported that James Wan already hinted that "Conjuring" 3 may be set in the 80's since the first two installments were already set in the 70's. He revealed that he have a particular case in mind, however, the director refused to disclose any details. The case of Bubbles is a refreshing case that the director could develop into "Conjuring" 3. 

The mysterious death of the 300 was never solved. There are speculations that the British Royal family covered the massacre for the sake of Prince Charles. Bubbles was rumored to be his only childhood friend. "Conjuring" 3 has no official release date as of publication.
