After the successful return of "Empire" Season 3, the show in-stored more anticipated happenings to watch out for. On the series' episode 4, the fans were left shocked and little confused when Andre Lyon (Trai Byers) saw his dead wife Rhonda (Kaitlin Doubleday) joining him for a threesome with Nessa (Sierra McClain).
Tension Between Lucious & Shine
In "Empire" Season 3 episode 5, TV Guide noted that Lucious and Shine's business feud will go bad. In fact, Shine came to his extent and said that he will kill one of the members of Lyon family. According to the creators and writers, it was really on the story's plot that Shine will get closer to the family without any signs of threat.
As it was previously reported, Shine is another interesting character that spills rumors about Luscious and Cookie in "Empire" Season 3 episode 5. Shine, in some ways, greatly envies Lucious. In his last appearance, he was seen pointing a gun to Andre's face.
Jamals Lyon Fears Resolved?
More of "Empire" Season 3 episode 5 spoilers, ET Online stated that Jamal Lyon (Jussie Smollett) will find a way to get rid of his fears. He will be performing with his brother, Hakeem Lyon (Bryshere Gray). According to Jamal Lyon himself, he thinks that having a team up performance will help him surpass his despair.
While Jamal is trying to cure his fears, his mother, Cookie Lyon (Taraji P. Henson), in "Empire" Season 3 episode 5 also has something to deal with. During a routine meeting with her probation officer, Cookie caught herself not on track. Her personal life is not a secret to everybody and her relationship with Angelo Dubois, being portrayed by Taye Diggs in this season will start to get serious.
