So as not to confuse "PES 2017" gamers, another update will be released prior. This one is update 1.02 scheduled before October ends. Konami boasts that this pre-4K update will unleash over 39 characters with improved facial features to mimic real-world soccer players. Also, player-specific attributes will be included to make gameplay even more realistic. Then after the dry run which will run for few weeks, update 1.03 will follow.

Looking at the timeline, update 1.03 coincide with tentative release of PlayStation 4 Pro. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, Konami intends to make "PES 2017" update 1.03 as wick to allow 4K resolution mode. Chants and songs that were already part of Liverpool trademark will also deploy through update 1.03. This includes the iconic "You'll Never Walk Alone" which frequents as theme song for Liverpool fans.

It is not only Liverpool will receive a facelift in "PES 2017" update 1.03. Even the luster of Borussia Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park will invade the game. Details that are currently affiliated with other squads are also included in this update. Further, there will be bug fixes, kit addendums and boot styles as well.
