'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 7 starts with Momoshiki and Kinshiki extracting chakra from the captured Naruto. However, the extraction process proved to be tedious even for Momoshiki, as Naruto was doing his best to resist despite being tied up. Fortunately, the Naruto rescue team arrived in time to stop the chakra extraction. As such, Naruto escapes with his chakra intact and, more importantly, able to fight the Otsutsuki invaders in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" Chapter 8.
Naruto was surprised that Sasuke brought Boruto along but Sasuke assured Naruto that his son is now truly a ninja. The team managed to stop the bulkier Kinshiki and trapped him in an ash stone sealing technique. Sasuke was able to deduce that the two Otsutsukis can absorb and amplify any jutsu thrown against them so the team had to resort to taijutsu techniques to overpower them. The two will then combine their powers, Naruto's Kurama mode with Sasuke's Complete Body Susanoo.
