‘Pokemon Generations’ Episode 13 Recap, News & Updates: Iris & Unova Gym Leaders Unite To Battle Team Plasma

"Pokemon Generations" Episode 13 recently aired, which featured a grand battle between the gym leaders of the Unova region and Team Plasma. The new "Pokemon Generations" episode also showcased the Unova region for the first time and Team Plasma's evil schemes.

GameRant revealed that the newest mini episode of "Pokemon Generations" showed how Team Plasma planned to take over the Pokemon League and all of the Unova region for their own benefit. They summoned N's Castle from deep below the Earth, but were subsequently challenged by gym leader Iris and Druddigon.

Although Iris is a skilled and experienced trainer in "Pokemon Generations," Team Plasma is still too strong for her. When the master Dragon trainer was put in a compromising situation, the seven remaining gym leaders in "Pokemon Generations" also arrived, uniting to battle the same threat to Unova region.

"Pokemon Generations" Recap: Unova Gym Leaders Show Off Their Skills

The battle that ensued in "Pokemon Generations" was a grand spectacle, highlighting the unique styles and Pokemon of each Unova gym leader. Brycen the Ice-Type gym leader was heavily engaged in the fight at one point via hand-to-hand combat. 

N, or Ghetsis, however, did not appear in the "Pokemon Generations" episode, although fans expect him to arrive in the next two episodes, which will most likely still be set in Unova. GameZone stated that "Pokemon Generations" Episode 13 in the game was the point where the player finished beating the Elite 4 and on the way to the room of the Champion.

The battles involving N did not happen yet, so players are optimistic that the character will appear soon. "Pokemon Generations" airs weekly for free on YouTube. The series features mini episodes for Pokemon fans, giving them a closer view of some events in the franchise games.

Generally, "Pokemon Generations" shows fans some aspects of the games that they may not have seen in several playthroughs over the years. There may also be some features from the newly launched "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

The series is set to continue until Dec. 23, 2016, which means that there are only a few episodes left. More updates and details on "Pokemon Generations" are expected soon.
