As "Empire" is getting close to its Season 3 fall finale, all hell is about to break loose for the Lyon clan. With everything that has been going on with the Lyon family lately, things are expected to get more exhilarating for the Fox TV series that fans can't get enough of.
Titled "The Unkindest Cut," "Empire" Season 3 Episode 8 will explore, Andre still trying to ruin his family's business, Tariq wanting to destroy Lucious and Jamal still struggling with his post-traumatic stress disorder.
In an effort to put Nessa (guest star Sierra A. McClain) into the spotlight, Andre goes to extremes and sabotages Tiana's (Serayah) big appearance at a fashion event. He's going too far as he lets his emotions cloud his judgment in the upcoming episode of Fox's hit musical drama "Empire" season 3.
Tariq, by teaming up with Leah is going to try to turn up the intensity on his Lucious investigation. With that being said, we might be able to see Lucious get brought down if everything works out good for Tariq in "Empire" Season 3 Episode 8. On the other hand, Jamal (Jussie Smollett) works with Philip (guest star Juan Antonio) to get over his PTSD. This brings them even closer to each other.
On another note, it was recently announced that "Empire" is adding yet another familiar face for season 3, "Uncle Buck" alumna Nia Long, who is said to have been tapped by the show to play a recurring role. Long will portray the character of a well-known queenpin, Giuliana Giusi, who runs a club in Las Vegas. Described as sexy and cold-blooded, she makes brash moves in New York's gangster underworld to secure a deal with Empire. She also crosses paths with Lucious and goes toe-to-toe with Lyon matriarch Cookie (Taraji P. Henson).
