Users have full control over Pixel's animation which started with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. This is not the case with iPhone where most of the time the iOS in control, not the user.
Another advantage Google's Pixel has over Apple's iPhone is Android 7.1 Nougat. Apple fans would say that the iOS is more advanced and polished than the iOS. True, there are pros and cons to the competing operating systems but Nougat has stepped it up with manageability and user-friendlier features.
Nougat heavily relies on Marshmallow capabilities. Pixel has reserved the features to themselves rather than their OEMs. Photo and video storage is probably a struggle for most iPhone users.
