JK Rowling and Warner Bros. planned four installments to "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." The "Harry Potter" author, J.K. Rowling, just revealed on Twitter other members of the cast joining the sequels, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2."
According to Rowling's tweet, Johnny Depp will play the part of Gellert Grindelwald, Katherine Waterston as Tina, Alison Sudol as Queenie, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski and Zoe Kravitz as Lita Lestrange. The young Dumbledore will also be part of the main cast but the actor who gets to play the role has yet to be finalized. It was also mentioned that the sequel will not only focus on Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) but also on other cast members that were enumerated.

Cinema Blend stated in its report that since the first movie became a blockbuster and reached $75 million, Rowling is now on the move for writing the script to "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them 2," which will hit the theaters in 2018. Director David Yates also confirmed that the second movie will be way different from the first one. The adventure will continue but this time the setting will be in Paris and Watford England.
Since the first movie became successful just like what happened to "Harry Potter" series, it's not just "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2" that Rowling will be paying attention to since she's also planning to write three other movies. The critically-acclaimed author decided to make a five-installment franchise of the movie.
According to Movie Fone, "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them 2" will also highlight other characters like Tina, Queenie and Jacob. The time setting will span two decades and will happen during the World War II that is why it is difficult to focus on Newt alone for they will struggle in making him young. Young Dumbledore will also be part of the main character and during that time, Albus was just a troubled kid and his encounter with infamous Grindelwald will be shown in the sequel.
