‘Final Fantasy XV’ Release Date, News & Update : Complete Guide To Upgrades, Ultimate Blade Weapon, Ascension Grid
"Final Fantasy XV" fans would have to use and upgrade the Engine Blade as they progress in order to have a better attacking skill. There are, however, some tips to help the players achieve the sword's ultimate Blade.
"Final Fantasy XV's" various ultimate weapons will be encountered as players go deeper in the game. Among these is Noctis' Engine Blade, which has three levels that need to be passed before the Ultimate Blade is achieved.
The "Final Fantasy XV" players must talk to Cid regarding Noctis' plans to upgrade the sword given that only Noctis can transform the weapon. He will provide the details, including the items needed to upgrade to Ultima Blade. It should be noted, though, that Cid must be unlocked in the "Final Fantasy XV's" early chapters.
On the first quest of Noctis, the players must have a Rusted Bit, which is a common item found in the game's different adventures. They should pass through dungeons and look for the item Cid asks for them to get. If the item is not found in the dungeons, they can head to the Keycatrich Trench Dungeon, or to Coernix Station, where Rusted Bit is said to be located on the south portion.
Upgrading Engine Blade I requires a glass gemstone. Players will have to go to Lestallum's parking lot, then to the Rock of Ravathough Dungeon. As for the final quest for Ultima Blade, the players will need to get a Sturdy Helixhorn, which is acquired from a Duplicorn, according to report.
Meanwhile, "Final Fantasy XV" also features Ascension Grid wherein the players can unlock hundreds of special abilities as well as bonuses for Noctis and his squad by using their Ability Points. This skill tree system comes with eight categories - Combat, Teamwork, Armiger, Exploration, Stats, Wait Mode, Techniques, Magic and Recovery, Financial Post reported.
