‘Pokemon Go’ Latest News & Update: Gym Training Just Got Relevant Again After Niantic Reset

Niantic has been rolling out “Pokemon Go” updates one after the other though not all have sat well with the augmented reality gaming community. One update released back in November had to do with the “Pokemon Go” gyms where earning prestige somehow got cut short.

The November update for “Pokemon Go” Gym training was heavily frowned upon, some complaining about the tilt of balance. The good news is that the update is now silently rolling out with players now gaining prestige at about the same rate when attacking enemy gyms, most of which were detailed at Niantic’s Facebook page.

With the reversion, the essence of “Pokemon Go” gym training should once again entice gamers who abandoned its importance when the adjustments were made, Attack of the Fan Boy reported. With the rollback, will Niantic listen and consider overturning changes that didn’t really hit it off well with AR gamers?

The changes are plenty but one controversial issue for “Pokemon Go” is the speed cap. This was actually done to safeguard gamers and discourage distracted drivers.

Unfortunately, Niantic was unable to properly define it, in reference to commuters and passengers. To date, Niantic has failed to come up with a reasonable update to address the safety of “Pokemon Go” gamers though most feel that this is one area that is totally left at the hands of individuals hooked up to the augmented reality game.

Other than that, there is the wait for the improved nearby tracking for “Pokemon Go”. As mentioned in a previous post, the tracking system is out in San Francisco and the UK. It is believed that this will soon radiate to other regions with most forced to wait-and-see on where Niantic plans roll it out next.

Either way, Niantic is expected to continue its aggressive drive for more updates for “Pokemon Go”. The Yuletide season is expected to be something, many waiting for the goodies, rares and additional updates for the hit augmented reality game.
