"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" member Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been through a lot of trying times for the last few months of 2016. Given such, the couple are reported to take some time off the public scene at the moment, which sounds quite very strange for a lot of people.

For the first nine months of the year, and also for the years of their marriage, Kardashian and West were reportedly seen publicly on an almost daily basis. The couple also seemed to drive news stories repeatedly.

Kardashian was robbed in Paris in early October, and has only been seen in public a few times following the said incident. Reports also indicate that Kardashian seldom posted on any of her social media accounts since then.

Meantime, "Famous" singer West was rushed to a hospital due to exhaustion on the night Kardashian was reportedly scheduled to make a formal "re-entry" into the public scene. Given the situation, Kardashian flew immediately back to Los Angeles. Kardashian allegedly wants her husband to continue with his therapy  now that he is out of the hospital and being treated as an outpatient, according to report.

Meanwhile, latest reports imply that the tension between West and Jay Z, which has reportedly affected Kardashian and Beyonce continues to exist. The issue was said to become more evident during the super private party thrown by the "Single Ladies" singer over the weekend for Jay Z's 47th birthday.

"Encore" singer Jay Z's event was reported to be kept so private that Kardashian and West were rumored to have not been invited. According to reports, Jay's birthday celebrations were said to be much more low-key than when Beyonce, with whom he has a four-year-old daughter named Blue Ivy, celebrated her 35th birthday in September.

The "Empire State of Mind" singer's birthday bash lasted until 5 am, as the couple were joined by guests that include former Destiny's Child members Michelle and Kelly Williams, Carmelo Anthony and Usher among others,  according to Mirror. Watch Kim Kardashian Robbed at Gunpoint
