'Battleborn' Latest News & Updates: Unlocking 25 Core Character Now Easier; Draft Mode Also Included; More Game Details Revealed
"Battleborn" is an online first person shooter multiplayer game that is struggling to compete with "Overwatch." Recently, the publisher of the online title, 2K Games, has given new details regarding its winter update. The latest patch for the game will allow gamers to play core characters.
It was reported previously that a winter update will soon arrive for the online shooter, "Battleborn." One of its major changes is that players would be able to unlock all of the 25 core characters once the prologue has been accomplished. There is a possibility that 2K Games made this move in order to attract more players. Also, completing character unlock challenges is more worth it since new skins will be given to gamers after it is completed.
The latest update of "Battleborn" will also include Draft Mode, and this mode will allow players from each team to take turns in choosing their characters. Players can also ban characters for the opponent's team in order to make it more competitive and challenging. One of the improvements that will also be part of the update is that the currency rewards will be higher thus giving users an easier time to buy items.
Meanwhile, the story mode will include guides and tools so it would be less hard for players to navigate around the areas of "Battlborn." In addition, there will also be new training modes and a dojo will be introduced where gamers will go against AI opponents. This will help players in grasping the controls and familiarizing each hero available in the game. One of the new features that will also be part of the update is the PlayStation 4 Pro support and the game can be played at 1080p at 60 fps or 4K resolution at 30 fps.
There is no definite release date yet for the newest update of "Battleborn," but it will be announced in a live stream via Twitch on December 8 at 10pm GMT / 2pm PST / 5pm EST. The online title is playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
