Neither party confirmed this to be true but hip hop artist Ab-Soul might just give hope to fans who have been waiting for the Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole album.

Ab-Soul recently did an interview on the radio morning show, "The Breakfast Club," where he was asked about the existence of a Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole album. When the radio host continued asking about the album, Ab-Soul finally confirmed that a Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole album exists and that there is "something in the works." Ab-Soul also added that the rappers have been working on the project "for awhile." However, the "Huey Knew" rapper did not disclose details on the release date or how far Cole and Lamar are in completing the album.

The Fader released an updated report where it reached out to Ab-Soul for a further comment regarding the Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole collaborative album. According to the publication, Ab-Soul neither denied nor confirmed about the existence of the hotly anticipated album.

While fans continue to wait for a Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole new album, the latter artist just released his latest 2016 album titled "4 Your Eyez Only." As reported by Hits Daily Double, J.
