But Den of Geek reported that showrunners Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland were racing to make the 2016 deadline to please its fans. So, what should fans expect in "Rick and Morty" Season 3?

It was earlier reported that the episodes were already done and needed the green light from their studio, according to writers Erica Rosbe and Sarah Carbiener.
