'Resident Evil VII' Latest News and Updates: Combat Demo Now Available, Easy Tip on How to Get the Pistol in the Game

Capcom has been releasing multiple updates for its "Resident Evil 7" demo gameplay. Players have seen some of what the game has to offer. But one thing that could definitely give its players a taste of the game would be the combat demo... in VR.

According to a report from Bloody Disgusting, after the reporter had finished playing the demo, he was told to pull the lever near the fireplace first and that would get him to a new portion of the demo game. He did what he was told and then saw a mixture of two paths that he could previously take. The only difference is that he was able to open the door right after he lowered the staircase to the attic right on the second floor.

Now, you have to get the fuse in the crate and go back to the starting room and plug it in the fuse box. You must go back in the attic to find the key in the basement. Now, as soon as you hit the basement, that is where you will first encounter an enemy that you'd probably fight in the "Resident Evil VII: Biohazard".

Players of the Revelations series might probably be familiar with it as it just looks like all the other common enemy type in the game, but with a more human look.  Once you go back to the attic, try looking for a key to the basement which can be found in the attic's bed. You then have to use the key to pen a bizarre looking door below. Now, once you enter the door, find the bathroom and look for a pistol ammo.

At the bathroom, you then need to flush the blood away so that you can get the gun. But you need to find a valve first to do that. In order to find the valve, the player must go to the gate door that can be found near the end of the hall. You have to use the basement key that you found in the attic. After getting the valve, you have to run as quickly as you can in order to escape the enemy. Now, you can use the valve on the pipe to drain all the water in the bowl to get the handgun.

According to iSports Times, the game was difficult to play at first, as you wouldn't have any weapons on previous first and second versions of "Resident Evil 7: Beginning Hour" game demo. But the "Midnight" demo was different because the player can have a chance to carry a handgun in the demo's latest update.
