This December, Nintendo is stepping up as it became a favorite topic of most people from Nintendo Nes Classic Edition to Nintendo Super Mario Run. But it is getting bigger as Nintendo recently announced first of its planned theme parks.
It is based on its famous gaming properties which is planned to be located and built in partnership with Universal Studios locations in US and Japan. The concept is a Super Nintendo World that will be opening by 2020 just in time for Tokyo Olympic Games 2020.
It will be located in Osaka, Japan. It will have interactive areas, shops and restaurants and the most awaited state-of-the-art-rides. It will all feature Nintendo's most popular characters and games. Its development cost is about $430 million.

The announcement was officially made on Twitter. The post showed an image conceptualizing on what the theme park may look like. It further added details, revealing Nintendo World's grand opening. However, "additional parks planned for Universal Studios resorts in Los Angeles, California and Orlando, Florida will be announced in due course," as Mirror reported.
Moreover, the artwork that was posted in the latest announcement not only shows the conceptual image of the park but also showed its basis primarily on Super Mario franchise and the game's Mushroom Kingdom setting . Bowser's and Princess Peach's castle as well as the familiar landscapes and tons of pipes can also be seen
In fact, Ib Times even said that its goal is ": to bring the characters, action and adventure of Nintendo video games to life within Universal theme parks," of which Nintendo will be doing a new and innovative ways that can capture visitor's attention which will even make the theme park more special.
