PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players are up for quirky adventures now that the "Trove" is in open beta. The free-to-play MMO from Trion Worlds is now available on both consoles during the open beta period of testing, which is a 768MB download through the PlayStation Store.

"Being an action RPG, it's really well-suited to the [console] control scheme, and it's very drop in and play," said executive producer Andrew Krausnick in an interview with GameSpot. PlayStation Plus members will get a 20% experience bonus during "Trove" beta as well.

A Full Version Of "Trove" To Arrive Soon

"Trove's" development team said on the official Trion Worlds website that the full version will launch in the coming months. If you play the game during Open Beta, your progress will be carried over when the game goes live.

We have our own road map of what to improve between this Beta test and launch, and your feedback is vital to helping us stay on the right track," said the "Trove" team. You can give your feedback on the "Trove" forums, and the dev team promises that updates will be on track before the game's full launch

What The "Trove" Beta Includes

Thousands of player created items, legendary dragons and 14 classes are included in the "Trove" Beta. As the website suggests, you can play as draconic mages, foxy lancers, headless knights and more.

"Trove" Beta is open to everyone, inviting players to explore the huge worlds of adventure with fellow players from all around the world. Whether you choose to become a builder or a fighter, the game has your back in what is already surmised as a one-of-a-kind console experience.

You can buy credit and item packs for "Trove," which starts at $4.99 USD to $99.99. "Trove" was released on PC in July 9, 2015 and is developed and published by Trion Worlds.
