'Injustice 2' News: NetherRealm Failed To Reveal New Character

NetherRealm Studios has failed to reveal the new character of "Injustice 2", set to come out February 7, 2017. Since the company was not able to meet its schedule, NetherRealm has decided to move the release schedule next week.

The new character will be revealed on February 13, which will be an addition to the previous playable characters, Batman, Blue Beetle, The Flash, Harley Quinn, and the famous Superman, Supergirl, and Wonder Woman and many others. According to Game Rant, a representative from the company posted in the game's official twitter account a message of apology to everyone who might have been disappointed by the situation.

Fans who have been excited to see the new character might have been upset by the announcement, since Injustice is included in the list of the most anticipated games for 2017. Game Spot reports that "Injustice 2" will launch on May 16, and is playable on PS4 and Xbox One. "Injustice 2" which is the sequel to the game, " Injustice: Gods Among Us" returns to feature the most famous selection of DC Super Heroes, and villains. Players will have the option to personalize their favorite characters, and have control on how to develop the game across modes.

The last character which came out was Black Canary, revealed in a trailer featuring her skills and famous "Canary Cry" scream. Aside from the famous characters, players can also select from the biggest DC roster offered in the game.

Although NetherRealm promised to reveal the new character next week, there is no confirmation if the it will be a villain or a hero. Stay tuned for more Gamenguide update.
