If you have been studying NFT for any length of time, then you are probably aware that it has caused a complete and total explosion within all of Crypto News. And when you consider the fact that the prices of crypto can rise and fall simply based on comments from Elon Musk, then you probably realize that it is something special. Of course, you probably have a lot of questions, such as what is NFT? what can these NFTs consist of? Can they be an animated video? These are all good questions, and let's look at a handy definition to start.

The first thing you need to know is that NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. While that may not necessarily make everything clear, you also must keep in mind that a non-fungible token will represent something that is unique, something that is not interchangeable by another object. Thus, this does indeed mean that if we make an animated video, an introductory video, or something else related to the animation concept of the NFT, we can create a non-fungible token for it, Capisci?

The main difference between an NFT and bitcoin is that the latter is fungible. This means that you can replace a bitcoin with another one, if need be.

How Does NFT Work?

NFT is not something that has the ability to stand on its own. This is because this artistic expression is actually part of the Ethereum blockchain. Ethereum? Yep, you heard that right. Much like Bitcoin, Ethereum is a cryptocurrency, but it also acts as a platform to allow traders to make their transactions.

Of course, it goes without saying that yet another thrilling aspect of NFTs is that there is only one owner for each one.

One particularly stunning aspect of this would have to be that if we were in an animation studio and we decided that we were going to make an animated 3D video about NFT and sell it as the real deal, we would be the only owner of that unique work of art. That is why selling them is such a hot commodity.

It's kind of the same principle as downloading an image of the Mona Lisa. Yes, you can do that, but in real life, there is only one owner of it, pure and simple

Moreover, if you want to start your own digital art collection, NFT will allow you to do that.

How then, exactly, can an animated video be classified as NFT?

Basically, all you have to do is simply design an animated video and then brand it as an NFT because all an NFT does is tell the viewer that "this is unique." As long as we present it as an NFT, the uniqueness of the piece becomes completely legitimate.

As long as you follow the correct steps, you will be able to create all kinds of different NFTs, some consisting of photos, some of videos, and some consisting of digital animations. The time to get involved in this media is NOW.
