You Can Add Your Favorite Games To Your Home Screen For Quicker Access
Tom's Guide writes that by default, the Series X's home screen will show you the different games you've played recently. But if you want your favorite ones to show up there every single time, you can add them up to the home screen with this specific feature.
All you have to do is quite simple: scroll down to the home screen and select the "Add more" option. From there, you can see almost everything - from your friends list to your Microsoft Rewards, but we're talking about your individual games here. Pick the one that you play the most (likely a multiplayer title that you keep coming back to) and add it to your home screen.
Play Blu-Ray Discs
Your Xbox Series X also doubles as a pretty capable 4K Blu-Ray player. But according to WIRED, this feature doesn't come by default and you'll need to download the necessary app for it.
There are two ways to get the app: one, search it directly from the Microsoft Store, or pop in a Blu-Ray disc and click the prompt when it pops up. Once you install the app, you must then go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Blue-ray, where you must turn on the option "Let My Receiver Decode Audio."
You Can Use Your Old Xbox One Controllers
Perhaps you have a controller you had from your old Xbox One that you really liked. Good thing is that this controller can be paired with your new console easy peasy. To do so, hold down the small, round button close to the console's USB port until the power button starts flashing. Then, hold the similar-looking button on top of the old Xbox One controller until the Xbox logo button starts flashing. Wait for the flashing to stop, and you're good to go.

Use Your Alexa Or Google Assistant To Control Your Console
If you have an Alexa or a Google Assistant, you can use those wee machines to control the basic functionalities of your console, writes Custom Controllers UK. When connected, the devices can help you work your way around your console's dashboard, or even open specific apps and games with just your voice.
To connect your Alexa or Google Assistant to your Series X console, simply go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Open Digital Assistant. Depending on whichever device you have, you can choose which one you want to use. Afterwards, follow the onscreen installation prompts and you'll be good to go.
Turn On The Co-Pilot Feature
Certain games can be tough to play on just one controller, which is where this feature comes in handy. With the Co-Pilot feature, you can use two controllers as if they're one.
To turn this feature on, press the Xbox button on your controller and go to Profile & System > Settings > Accessibility > Controller. Then, you must pick Co-Pilot Settings and Turn On Co-Pilot, wherein you'll be prompted to choose your co-pilot's controller. This is a great option especially for disabled gamers.
