"Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" is nearing the end of its online Ranked Battle, with the final season of the game set to officially unfold soon.
'Pokémon Scarlet and Violet' Final Ranked Battle Season
According to GameRant, the competitive online battles that players have enjoyed since the game's release in late 2022 are soon coming to an end. "Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" has officially confirmed that the next upcoming Ranked Battle season is set to be the game's final one.
With this, the Generation 9 "Pokémon" game that introduced Terastallization and more will no longer see its online ranked battle seasons refreshed on a monthly basis following the final season.
Ranked Battle Season 41 is set to debut by April 1, 2026, still following its monthly release basis.
What Does This Mean For 'S&V' Players?

According to the report, the final Ranked Battle season coming to "Scarlet and Violet" starting next month will bring several changes to the competitive battle experiences of the game.
First, monthly rankings will no longer be available and will be discontinued following the end of Season 41.
Next, end-of-season rewards will also no longer be available. This means that, despite reaching specific placements in the game after the season ends, players will not get rewarded.
It is important to note that Ranked Battle Season 41 will use the same Regulation Set I that the Gen. 9 game has used in its late-stage format.
That said, GameRant claims that Ranked Battles will continue to be available for players and allow online competitive play.
