‘Pokemon Go’ News and Updates: Niantic Releases First Major Update; Version 0.31.0 for Android & 1.1.0 for iOS is Out!

"Pokemon Go" is only three weeks old but it already received its very first major updates with the release of 0.31.0 version for Android and 1.1.0 for iOS. The updates are meant for improvements in the game but it appeared that some players are not satisfied as they left negative feedback, even before the actual updates are released.

One of the things that players did not like with the new fixes is the removal of the "three footprints." The steps inform the players when they are near any Pokemon creatures, but now that it was completely removed, then players will not have a clue anymore.

For the good news, the update will now let gamers to re-customize their characters as well as lock their favorite Pokemon so that accidental transfers could be avoided. The issues with memory were also addressed so the fix should improve the game's performance.
