Mackenzie Ziegler and older sister Maddie Ziegler left "Dance Moms" to focus on their individual careers outside the hit Lifetime show and the Abby Lee Dance Company. Since fans don't get to see the on TV on a daily basis anymore, Mackenzie Ziegler and Maddie Ziegler made sure to keep their fans updated about what they're up to on their social media accounts.
But when fans checked up on Mackenzie Ziegler's Instagram account (officialmackzmusic), all of her posts were deleted and the description told them to go and follow @kenzieziegler instead. Once you click @kenzieziegler, you will be directed to Mackenzie Ziegler's new Instagram account -- which has 4.7 million followers and almost 2,000 posts. No big deal, right? Wrong.
The only thing that is making all these look intriguing is that the description noted that "This account is run by her mom, @dancemommeissa31." So why is Melissa Gisoni taking over Mackenzie Ziegler's new Instagram account?

The answer to this could be very simple. Mackenzie Ziegler may be a public figure but she is also just a kid. Melissa Gisoni is probably trying to make sure that all of the photos posted on Mackenzie Ziegler's Instagram account are appropriate and will not cause any controversy, considering the fact that Mackenzie Ziegler is still a minor.
On a business side of it, though, Melissa Gisoni may be the reason behind Mackenzie Ziegler's sponsored posts. While Mackenzie Ziegler may just want to show photos of herself having fun with her friends, Melissa Gisoni is making sure that the clients will get their end of the deal.
