With no credible iOS 10 jailbreak in sight, folks who are still on iOS 9 may as well try out the perks an iOS jailbreak has to offer. As most have probably heard, that includes access to tons of apps through Cydia without spending a dime.

Following Apple’s move to limit signings to iOS 10.0.2, folks still running the device on iOS 9 may have not much to worry about. Warranties may no longer be a big deal and doing whatever one pleases with that old iPhone or iPad could offer more perks for the people looking for something special.

Hardware restrictions can be bypassed with the use of iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak though there are some risks to worry about. That includes ending up with an unstable iOS version and potentially putting the phone security at risk. In what could eventually be the lesser of two evils, playing around with an iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak does have its advantages and disadvantages.
