‘Scream Queens’ Season 2 Episode 6 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Green Meanie’s Identity Revealed? Hospital Organizes Blood Drive, Addresses Shortage

Fans of “Scream Queens” Season 2 will finally know who Green Meanie is, the latest antagonist in the popular comedy-horror series. Green Meanie replaced season 1’s antagonist Red Devil.

A serial killer, Green Meanie’s purpose is to stalk and kill the employees and patients of C.U.R.E. Institute Hospital. The character was introduced in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 1, titled “Scream Again.” Green Meanie tormented in that episode Chanel#5 (Abigail Breslin), a hospital staff, and Catherine Hobart (Cecily Strong), a patient, Econotimes reported.

Killer’s Motive

Speculation is that Dr. Cassidy (Taylor Lautner) could be the real killer since in "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 5, titled “Chanel Pour Homme-icide,” the baby boy of the presumed murdered patient in Halloween 1985 turned out to be Dr. Cassidy. The theory is he is seeking revenge on the hospital staff for the death of Bill, his father, which could explain why he could be the real killer.

In the trailer for "Scream Queens" Episode 6, Dr. Cassidy is seen filching blood from the blood drive that Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) organized to solve the severe blood shortage in the hospital due to a surge in number of patients. Spoilers for the episode say Nurse Hoffel (Kristie Alley) would plan a revenge, while Hester (Lea Michele) would find a way to join the hospital staff. But of course, the most important part of episode 6 – to be shown on Tuesday, Nov. 22, on Fox at 9 p.m. EST – is the unmasking of Green Meanie.

Guests In Future Episodes

Meanwhile, IBT reported that episode 7, scheduled for airing on Nov. 29, would have Kasey Mahaffy of “Modern Family,” Marissa Jaret Winokur of “American Beauty” and Amy Okuda of “How to Get Away with Murder” as guests for the episode titled “The Hand.” For the Dec. 13 episode, Brooke Shields is schedule to appear in “Scream Queens” as Dr. Scarlett Lovin, a TV doctor similar to Dr. Mehmet Oz whom Chanel, Chanel#3 (Billie Lourd) and Chanel#5 admire.
