iOS 10 Jailbreak Latest News & Update: Pangu Seeking Help With Rumored Open Source Crack Release

The long wait for an iOS 10 jailbreak may be finally over with December officially here. It has been widely speculated that Pangu will finally roll out the celebrated iOS crack, something that the hacking group will do once Apple releases iOS 10.2.

As mentioned in a previous post, Apple is in the crucial stages of the iOS 10.2. With the bugs and flaws that iOS 10 has had in recent months, a lot falls on the shoulders of the next Apple operating system.

However, the wait is more than what Apple has to offer. It is all about seeing a working iOS jailbreak. The last working Apple crack was for iOS 9.3.3 which seems ages ago. Pangu has reportedly scored a breakthrough and that an iOS 10 jailbreak has already been achieved. The question though is whether the Chinese hacking group is ready to roll it out to the public.

Aside from that, there are the new features that the alleged iOS 10 jailbreak will reportedly bring. This will include added functionalities that would make it useful for most Apple devices running on iOS though latest reports could broaden the possibilities.

If the discussion over at Weibo is any good, the planned iOS 10 jailbreak will be released as an open source, Neurogadget reported. This development offers contrasting takes which include Pangu inadvertently giving aspiring hackers a chance to make improvements to their base code.

On the other hand, it also hints at Pangu seeking aid from other hackers for oversights that they may have on the alleged iOS 10 jailbreak. Either way, it seems more as a way to address flaws where more heads are working on the coveted iOS 10 jailbreak.

Regardless if the said iOS 10 jailbreak comes with new features or open source, most are interested to see an actual working crack. Will it finally come this December? Stay tuned!
