‘For Honor’: Coming Out This Valentines Day On PlayStation 4, Windows PC & Xbox One
Ubisoft is all set for the release of their upcoming online action-packed video game, "For Honor" this coming February 14, 2017. "For Honor" is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal. As it was announced in 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo, "For Honor" will be played on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
"For Honor" allows players to play the roles of historical soldiers such as medieval Knights, Samurai, and Vikings. It was described as "The Art of Battle" by the developers because it features a melee combat within a medieval period inspired fantasy setting.
According to Polygon "For Honor" features three Factions, namely The Legion, The Chosen, and the Warborn, represented by knights, samurai and vikings respectively. Players fight against their opponents with axes, swords, and katana, a class-specified melee- weapons.
The world of "For Honor" is filled with grandiose landmarks, beautiful wildlands, and majestic ruins, although it's a little bit harsh. "For Honor" has an innovative control system that puts you in total control of your Heroes. Each Hero possesses a distinct skill and uses unique melee weapons.
Combat is designed to deliver the feeling of true dueling without sacrificing accessibility and simplicity. It has been created through motion capture by real martial artists and professional stuntmen to bring the action to life like never before.
There's also a progression system that players can look at as they unlock new abilities, weapons, armors, and visual customization possibilities after battles. The game's multiplayer mode has different maps allowing fans to develop their tactical skills by using the environments to their advantage, as stated by Playstation Lifestyle.
The players should choose one of the three factions and fight to take control of territories that can change the way they play. The player should win glory for their side and compete for epic rewards. The Faction War on PlayStation®4 system, Xbox One, and Windows PC, is making it the world's largest cross-platform metagame.
