‘Mafia III’ Update: Three Story Expansions To Be Release This Year

As promised, Hangar 13's action-adventure game "Mafia III" will finally unleash its story expansions. During the game's launch last October 7, 2016, "Mafia III's" developer announces that the release of the three story expansions of the game will be this year. The "Mafia III" three story expansion will spread throughout the year on its current game consoles.

According to Gamespot, the three stories are the following, "Faster, Baby!", "Stones Unturned", and "Sign of Times". The first story is the "Faster, Baby!", sets in a new area where players are tasked to take down a corrupt sheriff terrorizing Civil Rights activists. It also includes epic stunt driving, fast cars, and dramatic chases. Second, is the "Stones Unturned", features a CIA agent named John Donovan teamed up with the game's main protagonist Lincoln in settling a feud with a rival. And the third is Signs of Time, it sets in the inner city of New Bordeaux, focus on both religion and drugs, and also on the mystery of a series of ritualistic killings.

The story DLC "Faster, Baby!", "Stones Unturned", and "Signs of Time" are said to be released this March, May, and July respectively, as Gamespew added. For those who had a season pass, all DLC's are included in it and it can also be downloaded for free for the pass holder. But, Hangar 13 stated that some changes can happen on some release dates and pointed out that the dates said are a "targeted schedule".

In spite of that changes that may happen, they wanted to double-down on that to make it as much as possible because they were so humbled by the response of the players to the characters and the story of Mafia III. "Mafia III's" storytelling was widely praised despite of its overall poor reception. And that's what players are up to regarding their focus in all of the three DLC expansions.
