Thousands of fans are now excited for the upcoming airing of the "Rick and Morty" Season 3. Now, more and more spoilers are coming out saying that a darker and bloodier plot should be expected in the impending installment.

Rick will deal with alcoholism in 'Rick and Morty' Season 3

iDigitalTimes reports that Rick will be dealing with alcoholism in the forthcoming "Rick and Morty" Season 3. As a matter of fact, the tech news outlet has cited creator Justin Roiland saying that Rick's flask contains alcohol.

"I think he's just a connoisseur of all good liqueur," "Rick and Morty" Season 3 creator Justin Roiland stated, according to iDigitalTimes. "So, from day to day it could be a nice Ketel One, maybe some Grey Goose, little bit of Hennessy X-O. He'll go to a dimension where Hennessy is like a dollar for a 750 ml. bottle. Which, that's certainly not this reality, right guys?"

Fans of the sci-fi animated series have been speculating that Rick's flask contain mega seed extract that reportedly makes him super smart. However, with the recent revelation of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 creator Justin Roiland, alcohol could possibly be main secret of Rick's super-intelligence.

Though these reports could be true, no official statement from creators Justin Roiland and Dan Hamon has been made public as of yet. So, fans should wait until "Rick and Morty" Season 3 finally premieres.

Meanwhile, GamenGuide has previously reported that Vin Diesel could be joining the "Rick and Morty" Season 3. Sources have claimed that the "Fast and Furious 8" actor could probably voice the Evil Morty, who is expected to bring chaos in the show.

"Rick and Morty" Season 3 creator Dan Hamon has shared during the recently-concluded San Diego Comic Con 2016 that he wants Vin Diesel to be added on the show. However, with "Fast and Furious 8" and "XXX: Return of Xander Cage" movies, it is impossible for the actor to join the Adult Swim show.

"Rick and Morty" Season 3 is expected to premiere before 2016 ends. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for more "Rick and Morty" Season 3 spoilers, news and updates!
