The "Ballerina" first trailer did not mention if who was playing who, but if you listen closely to the voices you will realize who they arer. Maddie Ziegler was the voice of the blonde girl who was mean to another girl (Elle Fanning) trying to reach her dream. The former "Dance Moms" star's character is almost the complete opposite of her own, both physically and personality.
The 14-year-old star may be competitive in "Dance Moms," but she has always been a team player. Her character in "Ballerina" wants to be the best of the best and she has no problem stepping on people on her way up. The point of the story was quite simple yet effective because it happens and being dealt in real life. The"Ballerina" movie encourages everyone to never give up on a dream and Maddie Ziegler has definitely not given up on hers.
