Michael Buble and wife Luisanna Lopilato are overwhelmed after they found out that their son Noah is suffering from cancer. The singer revealed the news on his official Facebook page Friday morning. However, he did not comment on any details about what kind of cancer his son has.
"We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US," Michael Buble wrote on his Facebook post. The couple are very out spoken about the significance of familu and for the love they give to their children.
Noah is currently receiving treatment for his cancer in the US, according to the post. Michael Buble and Lopilato are also thankful for the encouragement they've received from family, friends and fans all over the world and they also hoping that their oldest son would win the battle against his cancer.
The Canadian singer and Lopilato, model and actress are giving up their work commitments to concentrate in their son's recovery. Recently, Michael Buble has been promoting on television and radio stations his latest album "Nobody But Me". The album was released last October 21.
"Nobody But Me" is currently at the number 2 spot in the Billboard 200. Michael Buble was also ready for his hosting gig at the 2017 Juno Awards in Ottawa on April 2. He was set to appear in the later months including a performance at the BBC Music Awarda on December 12 however he canceled the gig to give time for his son's condition, accoding to ABC News.
The spokesman of the singer said that he doesn't have any details as of now whether his other engagements would be called off. Michael Buble, wife Lopilato said that she is currently making her latest film tittled "Los Que Aman" or "Those Who Love, Hate" in English. Michael Buble also shared how fatherhood has changed his perspective on things.
Fatherhood has helped him "draw a line in the sand and to know that I am defined by being a father and a family man, not by my job. They give me a very clear understanding of what is important to me," said Michael Buble, per Us Weekly.
