In the upcoming new episode of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8, Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) is going to do something to save his brother Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder).

In a report from Blasting News, the synopsis of the upcoming episode for "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 indicates that Stefan is going to make a hard decision for the sake of Damon. Whatever he will do might not make Damon happy.

It can be remembered from the previous episode of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 that Sybil (Nathalie Lelley) told Stefan that there is only one way to save his brother. This way is to make a deal with the devil.

Meanwhile, it is still not officially confirmed if Nina Dobrev is coming back for "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 according to a report in Digital Spy. Series creator Julie Plec wants Dobrev to come back in the final season.

It can be recalled that Dobrev left the show as Elena in 2015. At the end of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6, Elena was in a sleeping trance and has never woken since then. It is a possibility that she may return in this final season.

In the meantime, Damon is currently a blind slave of Sybil in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8. He was asked to kill Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) and this was when Bonnie (Katerina Graham) chose to save Enzo (Michael Malarkey) from harm according to a report in the Hall of Fame Magazine.
