'Resident Evil 7' Latest News and Updates: Now Supports Xbox One to PC Cross-Save Files

Capcom recently confirmed that "Resident Evil 7" players who have their own account on a Windows Store version now has an option to transfer their saved files between their Windows PC and the Xbox One version. This was originally reported by Dengeki, a gaming site located in Japan.

Aside from "Resident Evil 7", other games that already allows cross-saves are "Forza Horizon 3", "Recore", and "Gears of War 4", which are all included in the Microsoft's Play Anywhere promotion. This means that people who bought a digital copy of any of these games on either Xbox One or PC will get a copy of it in the other gadget for free.While the first three that were mentioned are first-party titles only for the Xbox One console, other third-party games such as "Cuphead", "Slime Rancher", and "We Happy Few" are also able to use program too.

Although "Resident Evil 7" is not yet confirmed to be a part of the Play Anywhere game, Capcom kept their mouths closed about it and might probably be working on certain things, IGN reported.
"Resident Evil 7" will be released on January 24. Capcom recently just raised the bar of its sales as it is expecting to get 4 million copies sold. Resident Evil is one of the very few games where VR is completely option. Customers will have the option to either play the game entirely in VR or its controller. 

With the recent reports of PlayStation VR leading the average sales against its competitors in the gaming industry, PlayStation VR was still able to assist their customers with their technical related concerns.  Several fans are thrilled with the reason changes of events and are hoping that their tickets won't be canceled anytime soon.
