The surprise hit of MCU's "Guardians of the Galaxy" left audience craving for more epic cosmic adventure for Star-Lord Peter Quill and his band of misfits. With the merry band of space raiders finally back, fans just can't wait for a rather epic movie to unfold.
"Guardians of the Galaxy" Vol 2's latest trailer definitely wins the hearts of the many. It hasn't been out long since the new trailer was out but it seems a certain character is already the star of the show - Baby Groot!
It can be recalled that Groot sacrificed his pretty branches to protect the team in the first "Guardians of the Galaxy" movie. But luckily, a twig survived and started growing again, which gives us a little baby Groot in the second part of the Guardians' adventures. Not long into the previously released "Guardians of the Galaxy" Vol. 2 trailer, we see Rocket Raccoon telling him not to press a big red button on an atomic bomb as the fate of the universe lies on his teeny, tiny shoulders. His cute response? "I Am Groot!" - repeatedly, of course - while it's clear he wants to hit the destruction button.
"There is a difference. He couldn't be more naive as baby Groot." Vin Diesel, who voices the talking tree in "Guardians of the Galaxy," revealed. "He's not fully grown yet, but he's a man. So we're going to see this goofy, adorable, Baby Groot thing running around the screen. Just kinda learning as he goes." Diesel added.
It is quite certain that Baby Groot is going to be an utter delight to watch. But considering that the member has become a toddler, it might signify trouble for the Guardians. For whatever is in store for Baby Groot in "Guardians of the Galaxy" Vol. 2, catch in as the epic movie hits the international screen on May 5, 2017.
