Now that Donald Trump is the new president of the United States, he can no longer host his long-time running reality television series, "The Celebrity Apprentice." With that, NBC employed a new anchor with Arnold Schwarzenegger for the coming "The New Celebrity Apprentice."
'The New Celebrity Apprentice' Key Art
It seems like NBC is making "The New Celebrity Apprentice" applicable to Arnold Schwarzenegger's character as the show's poster look very cinematic. The former governor of California can be seen emerging from a blast of fire in the new key art of the reality television series.
It also bears the words "It's a whole new boardroom" complete with a chopper, suitcases and chairs, per Hollywood Reporter. Hence, it looks like things are going to be pretty intense in the show even though it won't be hosted by Donald Trump.
'The New Celebrity Apprentice' Contenders
Moreover, the coming "The New Celebrity Apprentice" will be graced by several of stars ranging from hosts, singers, athletes and fighters. The daughter of Muhammad Ali is set to join the show along with ModernMom.com's CEO Brooke Burke-Charvet and the Football Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson, Hollywood cited.
Also, Boy George, Matt Iseman, Carrie Keagan, Carson Kressley, Jon Lovitz, Vince Neil, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Porsha Stewart, Carnie Wilson and Kyle Richards are about to come. The Olympic Gold Medalist Lisa Leslie, former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen and NFL player Ricky Williams will be seen in "The New Celebrity Apprentice."
Donald Trump Stays as Executive Producer of 'The New Celebrity Apprentice?'
Meanwhile, although Donald Trump is now the president of the United States, he will remain as the executive producer of "The New Celebrity Apprentice." USA Today cited that MGM announced the stay of the new POTUS, but it is not yet cleared if he is going to be paid to avoid the conflict of interest.
Donald Trump has to separate his business work and his obligations as the new president of the United States. "The New Celebrity Apprentice" with Arnold Schwarzenegger will return on Jan. 2 on NBC.
