In the continuation of "Lucifer" Season 2 in 2017, fans and Lucifer (Tom Ellis), too, will receive the biggest surprise of their lives. It will be revealed in the next episode that Chloe Decker (Lauren German) is a miracle baby and God has something to do with it.
In the previous episode of "Lucifer" Season 2, Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) now learned why Chloe is the only human who is not being attracted to Lucifer's charm. She knew that her parents were asking for God to give them a baby as her mother was having a hard time to conceive.
God heard their prayers and told Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) to watch over Charlotte's parents, as revealed in "Lucifer" Season 2. He, then, went to Earth to bless them and after that, Penelope (Rebecca de Mornay), Charlotte's mom, got pregnant.
In an interview with TV Line, "Lucifer" Season 2 showrunner Ildy Modrovich revealed that Chloe is actually a miracle baby and not an ordinary human being. "If we wanted to put a nice little label on her, I think she is, definitely, a miracle, because she wasn't supposed to be born," she explained.
"God is the one that basically put her in Lucifer's path, and made her the only human immune to his charms," Modrovich added. However, Charlotte might use this revelation against Chloe as she plans to say this to Lucifer.
In a recent report, Charlotte will be seen talking to Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) confessing that Chloe is a miracle baby made by God in the next "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 11. Maze, then, is going to talk to Chloe telling how she is different from the other, especially the way she acts when she's with Lucifer.
Amenadiel, too, will be seen seriously discussing things with his mother about the relationship between Chloe and Lucifer. As he is insisting his point, Charlotte gets irritated ending their conversation by saying that God is the one responsible for everything that is happening. "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 11 "Stewardess Interrupts" will be back on Jan. 16 on Fox.
